Opened in late 2023, Midnight Threads (夜中) is a small online business based in Brissie (Brisbane), Australia. Our work is inspired by the beauty, depth, and richness of Asian cultures. Through modern streetwear, we aim to celebrate the traditions, arts, and foods that continue to shape and influence everyday life.

We focus on thoughtful design and embroidery, believing that subtle details can carry deep meaning. Each piece is made with intention with the expression of cultural appreciation and connection. Our hope is to spark curiosity and encourage others to explore and engage with the stories behind our designs.

As an Asian Australian, this journey is personal. I've always been deeply drawn to the cultures that shaped my upbringing and identity. Midnight Threads is a way for me to honour those roots and to share the beauty of Asian cultures with others, and to build a space where that appreciation can grow, not just in Australia, but around the world.

Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do. We're committed to creating clothing that not only looks and feels good, but also respects the environment. Our apparel is made in limited runs to reduce waste, and we carefully select high quality materials designed for longevity. We work closely with both local business suppliers and trusted partners overseas to ensure that every step is thoughtful and responsible.
