Our Process

1. Submit Custom Form
Fill out the form detailing your custom design (the more information, the better!). We will be here to help you once we assess your design :)

2. Quote and Payment
We review your request and provide you with a quote based on factors such as design complexity, size, and apparel. Once approved, we will send you a link for payment.

3. Design/Digitise
When payment is sent, we start using our specialised software, this process involves manually mapping out the stitching patterns and layouts.

4. Test/Sample
Testing on a piece of fabric ensures that you are happy with the colours picked and that the design will translate the best it can onto the chosen apparel.

5. Finished Product
Once the sample has been approved, we proceed with embroidering your desired apparel. We carefully monitor the embroidery process to ensure good stitching.

6. Package and Deliver
We carefully package the finished product and arrange it to be delivered straight to your door.

FAQs for Custom Designs
What is the turnaround time?
All apparel is made-to-order which means the turnaround time for custom designs can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the design, the quantity of apparel ordered, revisions/changes, and the current workload of custom orders.
Typically, smaller orders with simple designs may have a shorter turnaround time (1 week max), while larger orders or those with more intricate designs may take longer to complete (2-4weeks max).
It's best to inquire directly with us to get an accurate estimate based on your specific needs and requirements.
How is the cost determined?
The cost of custom designs is determined by a number of factors, including the number of thread colours, the complexity of the design (how long it takes to digitise/create), the size of the embroidery, the number of stitches required, the type of apparel being embroidered, and the quantity ordered.
Generally, more intricate designs with a larger number of stitches will cost more, while simpler designs with fewer stitches will be less. Any additional customisation options may also affect the overall cost.
What types of apparel can be embroidered?
We have a small collection of products that can be embroidered, including boxy tees, heavy tees, sweatpants, crossbody bags, hoodies, sweaters, and more to come!
If you own a business (Brisbane, QLD, Australia Only) we can arrange products such as aprons, linen napkins, Hi-Vis vest/shirts, and so on.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! There is no minimum order quantity for custom designs. Whether you need just one item or a larger quantity, we're happy to accommodate your needs.
How detailed can I go with my design?
Very large designs, extremely intricate details, tiny details, gradients, and textures may not be possible when it comes to embroidery.
Not to worry though! If your image reference has any of the above, we will work out a alternative or solution for you.
It is important to consider the limitations of the embroidery process and the intended size and application of the design when creating a piece. E.g. Crossbody bags are intended to have very simple designs as we use a X-small frame.
What if I only have an idea of what I want?
If you only have an idea of what you want, don't worry! We will try our best to help bring your vision to life. Simply provide us with as much detail as possible about your idea, including any image references. We'll work closely with you so feel free to reach out to us for assistance throughout the form process.
Can I add multiple custom designs onto one apparel?
Certainly! Although keep in mind of pricing.
In the description, please mention how many designs you want and their position, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
What if I change my mind on the design I want?
Our highest priorities is customer satisfaction and experience, thus why we will make sure you are completely happy with your design before digitsing and embroidering.
However, if you change your mind during our digitisation or embroidery process, additional costs may occur.
How many coloured threads can I use?
As we have our own in-house embroidery machine, we are able to stitch out as many colours as you like!
Keep in mind, the more colours you have, the more the design will start to "pucker" (puckering happens when the apparel moves around during the embroidery process), the rougher the backing of the design will be, and the overall cost of your design.
Can I create a custom sized design?
Embroidery can be a little heavy so we highly don't recommend it.
However, depending on the complexity of the design, designs can be embroidered up to 58cm in height. Please inform us in the custom form and we will see if we can do it.
How do I take care of my apparel?
