How much does shipping cost?
Local orders (within Australia) will cost a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping. Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping. Express shipping will cost a flat rate of $15.
How long until I receive my order?
As most apparel are made to order, we will dispatch your order within 2-3 days after your purchase where our courier company will take care in delivering your package.
For standard shipping, local orders (within Australia) please allow up to 2-8 Business days (Monday-Friday) to deliver your package.
For express shipping, local orders (within Australia) please allow up to 2-4 Business days (Monday-Friday) to deliver your package.
For remote shipping, a remote rate may be applied to orders that need to use a remote route. ‘Remote’ can mean it’s a harder to reach location or that our delivery partners require more resources to complete the delivery.
Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the track my order link sent from via email or your account on our website. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow a few extra business days for your package to come (especially during busy periods). Orders that have not arrived nor have any updates to the tracking information, please contact directly through the delivery company to launch an investigation.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please be careful and finalise everything before making the purchase. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from your purchase. As we start processing orders within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a full refund. Most size and colour changes can be made, however they sometimes cannot be guaranteed due to very limited quantities.
Once your apparel is shipped from us, we unfortunately cannot provide any changes or refunds.

Do you do international orders?
As we are a newly small business, we are currently not doing international orders as of yet. We apologize for any inconveniences and hope that we are able to send our apparel internationally in the new future. We will keep you updated! :)
Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
No. Unfortunately we cannot ship to any PO box or parcel lockers. We apologise in advance for this inconvenience to whom it may concern.
Do you do custom orders/requests?
Soon! Whether it is initials or roman numerals at the end of the arm sleeve, your favourite anime character ,or your company logo, we are here to help! As we have just opened up , we are focusing on filling in orders from our own designs before we are able to take in requests. Pre-order may be available depending on the complexity of your request. Is your apparel made by you?
Yes! All embroideries (original and pre-made designs) are made from our in-house embroidery machine. First, we digitize our/the designs, then we create samples (trial and error), finally we start to embroider the apparel we all love!
Hoodies on the other hand, the sleeves are sewed by hand with our sewing machine, we take pride in creating these sleeves to create a perfect fit, which may take up to 3 hours to create a piece.
Once we have finished your order, we put love and care into hand packaging on every order we ship. 🙂
