Midnight Threads reserves the right to provide a customised quote based on the complexity of the design submitted. Prices for custom design services may vary and will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of work (Ranging from $34.90, up to $399.90). A non-refundable payment is required upfront to initiate the digitisation/embroidery process (Midnight Threads will email you a link for payment). Any additional requests or changes to the design after payment may result in additional fees. Midnight Threads will provide a test image and sample of the embroidered design for approval before final production, with the understanding that alterations may prolong the delivery timeline. Midnight Threads retains the right to feature its logo on all custom embroidered pieces (Placement will either be front bottom right or back top center), additional fee applies if logo is not wanted. Refunds will not be issued for custom orders once production (this includes digitising) has commenced. By proceeding with your custom form, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.
